Half-Century Tastes
By the 1980s, while Bonbon Şeker took its place on the market shelves under foreign brands in Turkey, Aksu Gıda became the locomotive of Bonbon Sugar production as a domestic producer. Our company, which added its products such as halva, jam, molasses and tahini to its production in the 1990s, has reached the 2000s without giving up its leadership in the sector. Our company, which started to produce granulated sugar in these years, made a big investment in 2005 and became one of the top 3 companies in the sector by incorporating the Damlama Bonbon production line, the last point of technology in bonbon sugar production. Continuing its investments in 2006, our company made a first in Turkey in the production of Filled Soft Candy and took the lead in the sector by adding the closed circuit system, which is the latest point in technology, next to bonbon candy. Today, it continues its production at full speed under the ISO 22000 quality management certificate.
Tastes That Increase With Sharing
In 2008, our company started to produce chocolate and milk chocolate in order to clinch its leadership in the sector. Today, our company, which produces in a closed area of 5,000 square meters, contributes to the country's economy with its dealerships in 81 provinces and export volume reaching 35 countries, while providing a large employment volume.
